“Oh He Oh My” is a music video shot in October 2023 for Lana Nuaphal. The video, a one-shot concept envisioned by Nauphal, was brought to life by Director of Photography Samuel Mitchell. The song captures a playful yet conflicted tone, exploring the push and pull of desire, attraction, and hesitation. This emotional tension is reflected in the video’s continuous one-take approach, which mirrors the unbroken stream of emotions the speaker experiences. The simplicity of the one-shot enhances the song’s raw vulnerability, allowing the audience to focus on the evolving scene without distraction. Liam Podos served as the project’s gaffer and assistant camera, ensuring the lighting and technical aspects supported the fluidity of the shoot. The equipment used during principal photography was entirely sourced from Trustfall Studios.
