“MOMMA’S BOY” is a short film directed by Muhil Vaseekaran. This black-and-white dark comedy follows two sibling murderers who compete to get their mother the perfect birthday present. The film was an experiment in combining the soft mumblecore nature of the dialogue and performances with a story/concept deeply rooted in B-rate genre films. The film was shot by Sam Wilbert and his 1st Assistant Camera was Liam Podos.
